Hours: 15–25 hours per week (depending on workload)

Schedule & Availability
Required Core Schedule:
Monday–Saturday (Pacific Time)
6:30 AM – 10:00 AM Pacific Time
You must be online, responsive, and actively working during this window.
This schedule typically falls between 10:30 PM – 2:00 AM Philippines Time.
No shoots occur on Sundays. Sunday Pacific Time is always off.
This is a deadline-sensitive role. All projects must be delivered before 10:00 AM Pacific Time, and reliability during the core schedule is critical.
Some high-volume days may require additional hours beyond 10:00 AM Pacific.
Please confirm you are comfortable working late-night PH hours long-term.

Workload Expectations
Workload varies based on booking volume:
Slow weeks: 15–18 hours
Busy weeks: 20–25 hours
High-volume days may require up to 5–6 hours of work in a single day
You must be comfortable adapting to fluctuating workloads.

We are hiring a Quality Control & Media Delivery Virtual Assistant to manage final checks, organization, and client delivery of projects.

Role Overview
You will be responsible for quality control, project management, organization, and delivery of real estate media projects using our internal portal, Dropbox, and third-party platforms (Matterport, CubiCasa, property websites, etc.).
This role requires prior QC experience, strong attention to detail, deadline awareness, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
- Daily Delivery & Project Management
- Manage multiple client projects under tight deadlines
- Complete yesterday’s orders and prepare them for delivery
- Track project status accurately and move orders through proper stages
- Identify missing or delayed services and escalate appropriately
- Ensure all services are fully synced before delivery
- Quality Control (Photos, Videos & Other Media Assets)
- Quality check all delivered services including photos, videos, drone, twilights, floor plans, 3D tours, property websites, and other media assets, etc.

Verify:
- Correct property address (street, city, state, zip)
- Customer notes and special instructions
- Branding requirements (branded vs unbranded)
- Ensure files are organized, renamed, rearranged, and placed in correct folders

Photo Quality Control
- Review HDR images for:
- Proper blending and masking
- Clean and realistic sky replacements
- Accurate color correction and consistency
- Object removal and dust spot cleanup
- Straight vertical lines and natural window pulls

Video Quality Control
- Watch videos completely and confirm:
- Address graphics are correct
- Branding and end screens are accurate
- Text callouts and subtitles are spelled correctly
- Leave proper QC confirmation notes in the project chat

Platform & File Management
- Download and upload floor plans from CubiCasa
- Manage Matterport tours (Branded & Unlisted as required)
- Sync delivery files and test delivery links before sending
- Mark unfinished services as Escalations when needed
- Communicate clearly with editors and internal team

Client Communication
- Send professional delivery emails
- Notify clients of pending services when needed
- Maintain clear, accurate written communication

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous Quality Control (QC) experience is required
- Advanced Lightroom & Photoshop skills including:
- HDR blending and masking
- Sky replacements
- Object removal
- Color correction and color accuracy
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines without supervision
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Customer service experience required
- Reliable computer capable of handling Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom
- Stable, fast internet connection

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with real estate media workflows
- Familiarity with Dropbox delivery systems, Matterport, CubiCasa, or property websites
- Access to a Mac computer
