I’m building a personal brand in tech, startups, and AI.
I film daily raw content.
You turn it into high-performing, polished Reels.

I give creative direction + examples, not step-by-step micromanagement.
You understand the vibe, spot trends, experiment with hooks, and help this thing take off fast.

It’s real-life building, documenting, experimenting, sometimes failing, sometimes winning.

The goal:
• 1 Reel per day minimum
• Test hooks, formats, storytelling styles
• 1,000 followers in the first month (otherwise something’s wrong)
• Serious traction within 2 months

Your role (important part)

You are not just an editor.

You will:
• Take raw iPhone videos and turn them into polished Reels
• Add strong hooks, captions, pacing, cuts, text, structure
• Turn my ideas into formats that actually perform
• Search for trends we can recreate (not copy blindly)
• Suggest your own content ideas
• Help create a storyline & narrative, not random clips
• Experiment aggressively (different hooks, formats, styles)

At the beginning, there will be some back-and-forth — that’s normal.
The goal is that you slowly take control of the creative execution.

What I care about (read this twice)

? You can understand what I want from examples, not detailed instructions
? You have taste (pacing, text, music, visuals)
? You’re curious about trends and performance
? You’re okay with testing, failing, adjusting
? You want to go all-in, not just “do tasks”
? Strong understanding of Content game and Instagram Reels

I don’t want to explain every edit frame by frame.
I want to say: “This is the vibe” — and you get it.
