We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to serve as our post-production backbone, ensuring every pixel reflects the "Apex" standard of peak quality.

The Role (Position Overview)
As our Virtual Editor, your primary objective is to transform raw assets into high-converting marketing tools. You will be responsible for the final polish that empowers our clients' real-world marketing goals.

Photo Post-Production: Expert HDR blending, color correction, occasional sky replacements on exterior photos, and vertical alignment for residential and commercial property photos.

Video Editing: Cutting cinematic property tours, synching audio, color grading, and adding motion graphics or text overlays.

Quality Control: Ensuring every delivery meets the "Apex" standard—clean, sharp, and results-oriented.

Asset Management: Maintaining an organized cloud-based filing system for rapid retrieval and delivery.

Qualities & Attributes (The Ideal Candidate)
Technical Mastery: Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro/DaVinci Resolve). Ideally 5+ years of experience in video editing.

The "Marketing Eye": An understanding of how to highlight a property’s best features—not just making it "pretty," but making it "sellable" using the assets provided by the photographers.

Detail Oriented: Your work will be the final phase of content creation and quality control before being packaged and delivered to our clients, as such you need to be meticulous with a focus on how small details effect the greater picture.

Reliability: High-speed internet and the ability to meet strict 24-hour turnaround times.

Compensation & Benefits
