The Role
This is a high-accuracy finance operations role focused on loan account integrity.
You will ensure that all loan accounts, repayments, and balances are 100?curate at all times.
This role is critical to maintaining financial control as the loan book grows.

Key Responsibilities
• Reconcile borrower repayments against bank statements
• Maintain accurate loan balances in our loan management system
• Track principal, interest, arrears, and adjustments
• Identify and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare:
• Loan statements
• Interest statements
• Payout / discharge figures
• Reconcile trust accounts
• Assist with month-end reporting
• Maintain documentation for audit readiness
• Support internal reporting requirements

Required Experience
• 4+ years experience in loan servicing, loan accounting, or payment reconciliation
• Experience working with Australian lenders or finance firms preferred
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong written English
• Comfortable working Sydney business hours
Experience in non-bank lending, mortgage servicing, or private lending is highly regarded.

Compensation
• PHP 65,000 to PHP 85,000 per month
