JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support & Order Resolution Specialist to manage and resolve customer inquiries related to online orders from major U.S. and European retailers. In this role, it is not a standard customer service role, where you receive inquires and speak directly to the customer, rather it is about customers who are facing problems with their online orders from globally recognized brands such as Amazon, Apple, Samsung, and other leading e-commerce platforms.

You will act on behalf of the customer, communicating directly with merchants (for example: You will be contacting via live chat or phone call to various online stores, where the customer has placed an order from, and is experiencing a problem with it) and to investigate issues, resolve order concerns, and ensure successful outcomes. This position is ideal for individuals who are familiar with online retail stores, have experience with customer service, detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling multiple cases simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer issues related to online orders, including delivery problems, refunds, replacements, and order discrepancies

- Communicate directly with merchants and retailers via English phone calls and online chat systems

- Manage and resolve multiple cases concurrently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

- Document case progress and resolutions clearly and consistently

- Work independently while meeting daily case-resolution targets

- Ensure high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction on every case

- Work Structure & Flexibility

Each day, you will be assigned a set number of cases to resolve

With flexible working hours, If all assigned cases are completed before the end of your shift, you may take the remainder of the day off while still receiving full pay

Over time, you will develop efficiency strategies that allow you to complete work faster without sacrificing quality, to be able to work less hours but get paid by full time hours


**Work Schedule**

Mandatory Start Time (Flexible): 2:00 PM (14:00) Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)

End Time: Flexible, depending on workload and efficiency

Full-time availability is required

**Requirements:**

- Fluent English communication skills

- Ability to conduct professional phone calls / chats in English (Use of AI is permitted during chat/calls, to ease workflow)

- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple cases simultaneously, to save time and complete your work day faster, while receiving pay as for the full day

- Prior work experience in customer support, call centers, order management, or a related field

- Stable and reliable internet connection

- Full-time commitment only (no part-time availability)
