Make Kinetic Marketing Co the Authority in Melbourne Digital Marketing.
We need a creative editor who understands the "Science of Attention." You will take raw Founder-to-camera footage and turn it into a high-authority content machine that builds trust and generates leads.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Help editing our long-form videos to be ready to be uploaded onto YouTube
- The "Clip" Engine: Editing 5-15 minute YouTube videos and clipping them into high-energy Reels, TikToks, and Shorts.
- Premium Editing: Alex Hormozi / Sabri Suby / Iman Gadzhi style (dynamic captions, fast pacing, relevant B-roll, and sound design).
- Social Distribution: Scheduling content across all KMC social channels (IG, FB, LinkedIn, YouTube) using the GHL Social Planner.
Requirements:
Software: Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
Style: You must understand how to edit for B2B authority, not just "viral" fluff.
Transparency: We use Hubstaff/Time Doctor for time tracking.
