JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and skilled YouTube Thumbnail Designer who specializes in creating high-energy, "viral style" thumbnails. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio of eye-catching designs that drive clicks and a deep understanding of what makes a thumbnail successful on YouTube.

You will be responsible for designing thumbnails that are not only visually appealing but also strategically crafted to capture attention and communicate the video's value. We need a designer who can work quickly, meet a 48-hour turnaround time, and consistently produce high-quality work for a minimum of 12 videos per month.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design high-impact, "viral style" YouTube thumbnails that increase click-through rates.

Develop creative concepts and compelling text for thumbnails, sometimes using only an audio file for context.

Ensure all thumbnails align with our brand's visual identity and high standards.

Meet a 48-hour turnaround time for each thumbnail design.

•
Collaborate with our content team to ensure thumbnails accurately represent the video content.
