JOB OVERVIEW

We are a premium wellness brand looking for a long-term tea ---------- mber. We don't just want someone to "answer emails", we need a problem solver.

You will report to our Operations Lead.

Responsibilities:

Read Between the Lines: You don't just read the text; you understand the context. Is the customer actually angry, or just confused? Is this a VIP wholesale opportunity, or a scammer?

Inbox Management: Handling daily inquiries about shipping, tracking, and product usage with warmth and speed.

Commercial Logic: You treat the company's money like it is your own. You know when to offer a refund to save a relationship, and when to offer a solution to save the sale.


Requirements:

Hyper-Attention to Detail: If you skim emails, this job is not for you.

High Emotional Intelligence (EQ): You know how to de-escalate an angry customer without using a robotic template.

Perfect Written English: Native-level reading comprehension is mandatory.

Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Shopify and helpdesks is a big plus.
