Virtual Assistant – Graphic Design & E-Commerce Support

Overview:
We are looking for a reliable virtual assistant to support daily creative and e-commerce tasks. The primary focus of this role is graphic design, with additional responsibilities supporting product listings and marketing workflows.

Core Responsibilities:
- Create and edit graphics using Photoshop (or similar tools)
- Design product graphics, mockups, and simple marketing visuals
- Assist with Shopify product listings (images, descriptions, basic formatting)
- Organize design files and maintain consistent visual branding
- Support miscellaneous admin or creative tasks as needed

Required Skills:
- Strong graphic design experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
- Ability to create clean mockups and production-ready graphics
- Basic familiarity with Shopify product listing workflows

** Must submit a portfolio or Google Drive folder showing previous work and design style **

Bonus Skills:
(Not required, but a strong plus)

- Experience with Go High Level, especially:
- Building automation workflows
- Setting up funnels, triggers, or CRM automations

If applicable, include examples of automations or workflows you created

Experience with Pinterest marketing, such as:
- Creating and scheduling pins
- Managing boards or growth strategies
- Share examples of accounts or campaigns you worked on

Basic web design experience (Shopify themes, landing pages, or simple website edits)
