Bookkeeper & Financial Operations Analyst

Enlightened Stock Trading is an online education business that helps traders transition from emotional, inconsistent trading to confident, systemised success using proven, backtested trading systems.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded Bookkeeper & Financial Operations Analyst to manage bookkeeping, reporting, and actively monitor customer payments and renewals to maximise recurring revenue.

This is a long-term, remote role working closely with the founder and team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain accurate financial records in Xero
- Perform bank and payment gateway reconciliations (e.g. Stripe, PayPal)
- Monitor customer payments, subscriptions, renewals, and failed payments
- Follow up on overdue invoices and payment issues
- Track Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and identify revenue leakage
- Prepare monthly management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Assist with cash flow tracking and forecasting
- Maintain Excel-based financial reports
- Attend daily team huddles on Zoom

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven bookkeeping or financial operations experience
- Strong working knowledge of Xero
- High proficiency in Excel
- Experience with online or subscription-based businesses preferred
- Fluent written and spoken English
- High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills

REMOTE WORK REQUIREMENTS
- Based in the Philippines
- Reliable high-speed internet (with backup preferred)
- Windows-based computer (Mac not supported)
- Webcam, headset, and quiet private workspace
- Willingness to sign confidentiality and NDA agreements

WORKING HOURS
- Part-time
- Must be willing to work Australian business hours
- Availability for daily Zoom huddles
