Product Buyer – Luxury Resale & Global Auctions

Foreign Objects is the #1 pre-owned luxury seller on TikTok Shop and one of the fastest-growing live shopping brands in the U.S. We sell authenticated designer handbags and accessories from brands like Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, Prada, Dior, and more.

We source globally from auction houses and wholesale marketplaces throughout Asia, and the U.S. Our sourcing is the foundation of our entire business.

As a Product Buyer you will be essential in scaling Foreign Objects.

This is not a basic purchasing role. We are looking for product buyers who will scale sales and profit margin. Experienced buyers will receive bonuses and commissions for successful inventory purchases.

What You’ll Own

???? Sourcing & Buying

Bid daily on pre-owned luxury auctions (Japan, Asia, U.S., online marketplaces)
Evaluate 100s–1000s of SKUs per week
Identify undervalued inventory and high-velocity products
Build relationships with suppliers and auction partners
Negotiate bulk deals and private buys

???? Analytics & Decision Making

Analyze sell-through rates, margins, and velocity
Forecast pricing + resale value
Track ROI on every buy
Build and maintain buying models in Sheets
Make data-backed purchasing decisions (not “gut feel” alone)

???? Product Judgment

Spot trends before they hit
Understand what sells on live shopping vs traditional resale
Choose the right mix of:
wallets/accessories (high velocity)
mid-tier bags
premium pieces
Maintain brand + style standards

? Operations

Manage purchase orders and shipment tracking
Maintain inventory accuracy
Collaborate with operations + content teams on product drops
