## About the Role

We are hiring an **Automation Architect** to build and connect the core systems of a growing financial services business.

We have already invested in the following tools:

* **Dialora (AI voice / outbound automation)**
* **Bika.ai (AI workflow & knowledge automation platform)**
* **WordPress (Elementor)**
* CRM platform (in active use)
* Automation platforms such as **n8n / Make / Zapier**

Your job is to connect these systems into one seamless, scalable operational engine.

This is a technical architecture role focused on integrations, workflows, and automation logic.

## What You Will Own

### 1. Automation Architecture (Primary)

* Design and build workflows using **n8n (preferred)**, Make, or Zapier
* Integrate **Bika.ai** into automation flows for AI-assisted data handling and knowledge workflows
* Connect Dialora AI voice workflows to CRM updates and follow-up sequences
* Ensure web leads, calls, bookings, and outreach flow correctly into pipelines
* Handle API connections, webhooks, JSON parsing, and data mapping between systems

### 2. AI Voice, AI Workflow & Communication Integration

* Integrate Dialora with CRM and automation tools
* Configure **Bika.ai** workflows to support internal automation, documentation, or AI-assisted processes
* Ensure AI call data triggers SMS/email follow-ups
* Optimize logic for inbound and outbound communication flows
* Monitor and improve automation reliability across platforms

### 3. CRM & Sales Pipeline Engineering

* Design scalable lead ? appointment ? sale pipelines
* Build automated follow-up logic
* Create fail-safes for missed calls, no-shows, and stalled leads
* Maintain clean data structure and stage clarity

### 4. Website & Lead Capture Infrastructure

* Optimize WordPress (Elementor) lead capture flows
* Ensure forms connect properly to automation systems
* Support performance when integrating video, plugins, or AI tools

### 5. Business Intelligence & Dashboards

* Build a leadership dashboard (CRM-based, Airtable, or Looker Studio)
* Track:

* Leads generated
* Calls triggered
* Appointments booked
* Conversion rates
* Revenue metrics
* Provide clear visibility into operational performance

---

## Required Experience & Skills

* Strong experience with **n8n, Make, or Zapier**
* Experience working with AI workflow platforms (Bika.ai or similar tools)
* Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and automation logic
* Experience integrating AI tools or communication platforms
* CRM pipeline design and automation experience
* WordPress/Elementor familiarity
* Systems thinking and architectural mindset
* Clear documentation skills

## Work Details

* Full-time (40 hours per week)
* Long-term role
* Must overlap with U.S. Eastern Time for at least 4 hours daily

## Compensation

* $1,000 – $1,600 USD per month (based on experience)
* Performance-based increases tied to efficiency improvements and system reliability
