Job Description:
We are an insurance agency building a scalable personalized video retention product.
This is a turnkey build — you will choose the tools and deliver a fully working system.

Goal:
A system that automatically creates and sends personalized videos to customers using one base video and dynamic data (name, policy type, renewal date, etc.).

You will be responsible for:

Selecting the video personalization platform (Plainly, Bannerbear, or similar)

Building the After Effects or equivalent video template

Setting up automation (Zapier / Make / API / CSV)

Creating a simple admin workflow (Google Sheets or similar)

Delivering a working end-to-end system

Providing documentation and handoff

We will provide:

Base video content

Branding assets

Sample customer data

Final approval on messaging

Requirements (must have):

After Effects templating OR video automation experience

Zapier or Make automation experience

Experience building internal tools or repeatable systems

Comfortable owning architecture decisions

Deliverables:

Live working demo

All accounts created in our name

Documentation and screen-recorded walkthrough

Clean handoff
