Notion Solutions Architect & Project Manager

Pivyt is a U.S. marketing agency managing high-volume client workflows. As we scale, our internal systems need to be flawless. We are looking for a Notion Expert who lives and breathes databases, relations, and formulas to build and maintain the "brain" of our agency.

The Role

This isn't just about data entry; it’s about systems engineering. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and managing our Notion workspace to ensure our team stays organized and our clients stay happy. You should be able to build a complex, interconnected agency ecosystem "with your eyes closed."

Key Responsibilities

Workspace Architecture: Build and optimize Notion databases with complex relations, rollups, and advanced formulas (Notion 2.0/3.0).

Project Management: Oversee agency projects, ensuring tasks are assigned, deadlines are tracked, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Workflow Automation: Integrate Notion with other tools (Slack, Gmail, Typeform) using Zapier or Make to streamline operations.

Template Creation: Build "client-ready" portals and internal dashboards that are both functional and aesthetically clean.

Process Documentation: Create "SOPs for our SOPs." Ensure the team knows exactly how to use the systems you build.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Advanced Notion Mastery: You must be an expert in database architecture. If you don't know the difference between a "Relation" and a "Rollup," or how to write a complex Formula, please do not apply.

Project Management Logic: You understand P ---------- thodologies (Agile, Kanban, etc.) and how to translate them into a digital workspace.

On-Point English: You will be documenting processes and communicating with the U.S. team daily. Your English must be clear, concise, and professional.

Strategic Thinking: You don't just take orders; you look at a problem and propose a better, more efficient way to build the solution.

Technical Must-Haves

Mastery of Notion (Filters, Linked Views, Grouping, Sub-tasks).

Experience with Automation Tools (Zapier, Make/Integromat).

Ability to build clean, intuitive UI/UX within Notion.

What We Offer

Salary: $800 – $1,000 USD per month.
