About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled Video Editor and Graphic Designer to create compelling video and image ads optimized for paid media campaigns. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to produce attention-grabbing content that drives real results.
Requirements
Experience: 1+ year of experience in video editing and graphic design specifically for paid ads.
Software Mastery: Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Kapwing, Capcut, or similar).
Design Skills: Strong graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
Platform Knowledge: Experience creating ad creatives for
Editing for Engagement: Ability to edit videos for engagement (dynamic cuts, captions, animations, etc.).
Strategic Thinking: Understanding of ad performance principles (what works in short-form ads).
Schedule: Availability to work full-time (9 AM - 5 PM EST).
Mindset: Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a results-driven mindset.
Bonus Points (Not Required, but Nice to Have)
Knowledge of copywriting and marketing psychology.
Experience with A/B testing different creative angles.
