JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based short-term rental and vacation rental company looking for an experienced Marketing & Social Media Manager to handle email marketing and social media advertising across multiple platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who already understands short-term rentals, guest behavior, and booking-driven marketing.

Responsibilities:

???? Email Marketing (Mailchimp) Must know how to set this tool up and have experience

Create and manage email campaigns for promotions, seasonal offers, and direct bookings

Build automated email sequences (pre-arrival, post-stay, reviews, repeat guests)

Segment guest lists and manage email audiences

Design branded email templates

Track performance (open rates, clicks, conversions)

???? Social Media Management & Advertising

Manage Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts

Create content including posts, reels, and short-form videos

Write captions, hashtags, and CTAs focused on bookings

Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns

Target travelers, past guests, and look-alike audiences

Respond to comments and messages as needed

???? Strategy & Reporting

Develop booking-focused marketing strategies

Track and report performance metrics

Optimize campaigns based on results

Maintain consistent branding across platforms

Requirements:

Proven experience with Mailchimp

Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok ads

Prior experience marketing short-term rentals or vacation rentals (required)

Strong English communication skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
