Your Role:
You will manage and execute content across our platforms:
1) Social Media Posting + Management
Plan, schedule, and post content on:
Instagram

Facebook
LinkedIn

Write captions with strong hooks + CTAs
Use content calendar (we’ll provide structure)

2) Graphic Design + Carousels (Canva)
Create high-quality, modern graphics:
carousels
stories
quote/value posts
promotional posts

Keep branding consistent

3) Reels + Short-Form Video Editing
Edit reels from raw footage
Add:
subtitles/captions
cut pacing + clean transitions
on-screen text + hooks
branding elements

Deliver consistent output weekly

4) Email Campaigns (Weekly)
Build and send 1–2 email campaigns/week:
newsletters
value emails
simple promotions

Tools: Mailchimp / ActiveCampaign / Klaviyo (or willing to learn)

? Proven experience in social media management
? Strong Canva skills (clean, premium design)
? Strong reels editing (CapCut / Premiere / VN)
? Strong English communication
? Fast and reliable execution
? Consistent daily output
? You don’t need reminders to do your job

? Bonus Skills (Highly Valued)
? Worked with finance / property / investing content before
? Can suggest post ideas + improvements
? Knows how to increase reach + engagement
? Notion/Trello/content calendar experience

Monday–Friday (exact schedule discussed)
Pay based on experience — include your hourly rate
