Backend Systems & Automations Specialist

BP Credit Shield is looking for a highly technical Backend Systems & Automations Specialist to build, maintain, and optimize the infrastructure that powers our sales, fulfillment, and client operations. This role is for someone who thinks in workflows, lives in automations, and can turn chaos into clean systems.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Build and manage advanced automations inside GoHighLevel (pipelines, workflows, triggers, webhooks).

Architect and maintain Notion databases, dashboards, and internal operating systems.

Connect systems using Zapier / Make / native webhooks.

Handle A2P 10DLC registration, verification, and compliance for SMS campaigns.

Configure CRM logic for lead routing, tagging, task creation, and lifecycle tracking.

Troubleshoot automation failures, data sync issues, and edge cases.

Improve system efficiency, reduce manual work, and document SOPs for scalability.

Required Experience:

Proven experience with GoHighLevel (non-negotiable).

Strong working knowledge of Notion (databases, formulas, relations, rollups).

Hands-on experience building complex automations (Zapier, Make, APIs, or webhooks).

Experience with A2P 10DLC setup and messaging compliance.

Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data flow, and automation logic.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

Nice to Have (Big Plus):

Experience supporting sales teams, credit repair, funding, or high-volume lead funnels.

Familiarity with Meta lead forms, Stripe, Twilio, and SMS/email deliverability.

Ability to document systems clearly and think long-term scalability.
