Image Metadata & Keywording Assistant for Stock Photo Library

Austockphoto is a fast-growing Australian stock photography library, used by designers, publishers and organisations across Australia and NZ. We’re an all-remote team of dedicated contractors who genuinely enjoy being part of a collaborative, supportive business — and we’re growing.

We’re looking for a detail-focused contractor to assist with image metadata entry and keywording, with the opportunity for the role to expand over time.

What you’ll be doing
• Writing image titles, descriptions and keywords
• Keywording lifestyle, people and editorial-style images
• Entering metadata into spreadsheets / online systems
• Following a clear style guide and maintaining consistency

What we’re looking for
• Excellent written English
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with data entry, metadata, tagging or keywording
• Reliable, organised and able to follow instructions carefully
• Bonus: experience with stock photography, SEO or content libraries
