JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Dispatcher / Office Administrator to join our growing team. This is a full-time, long-term, office-based position focused on customer service, scheduling, dispatch coordination, and administrative support.

This role is ideal for candidates with BPO or call center experience who are comfortable communicating with U.S.-based customers and enjoy working in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Dispatch

Handle incoming customer calls professionally

Schedule service appointments and manage technician calendars

Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM

Perform warm follow-up calls for maintenance and additional services

Coordinate with technicians and track job progress in real time

Administrative Support

Prepare reports, manage invoices, and track payments

Assist with collections and record-keeping

Collect customer reviews and feedback

Conduct basic research and assist with lead list creation

Marketing Support (Basic)

Post updates to social media platforms

Create simple graphics using Canva (templates provided)

Requirements

Experience in customer service, dispatch, or office administration

BPO / call center background strongly preferred

Experience handling U.S. customers is an advantage

Excellent English communication skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Familiar with CRM systems and office software

Basic Canva skills are a plus

Spanish is a plus but not required
