Cold Calling Virtual Assistant – Real Estate Lead Generation

FST Property Group is a Florida-based land acquisition company seeking a dedicated Cold Calling VA to join our team long-term.

YOUR ROLE:
- Make 150-300 outbound calls daily to Florida property owners using our auto-dialer
- Follow our proven script to identify motivated land sellers
- Qualify leads by asking about motivation, timeline, and asking price
- Document all information in our CRM system
- Pass warm leads to our acquisitions team for follow-up

REQUIREMENTS:
? Excellent English with neutral/minimal accent
? Cold calling or telemarketing experience (real estate is a plus)
? Available Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM Philippine Time)
? Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps) and quiet workspace
? Professional headset
