Millennial Ventures HQ ( ---------- lennialventures.co) is a multi-brand company building modern platforms in leadership, future of work, media, education, and workforce development. We’re excited to hire an Operations Lead to help manage execution across our brands and bring structure, clarity, and consistency to how work gets done.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys project management, systems, and operational excellence—someone who likes turning ideas into timelines, keeping work on track, and holding quality high without chaos. This role starts at 15 hours per week, with a clear path to full-time after a successful 90-day evaluation. Candidates seeking to stack multiple long-term clients are not a fit.

You’ll be responsible for:

Managing projects, timelines, and deadlines across multiple brands

Translating leadership direction into clear tasks and workflows

Reviewing work for quality, clarity, formatting, and completeness

Enforcing standards and sending work back when it’s not ready

Maintaining organized systems (docs, files, tools, processes)

Coordinating contractors and ensuring follow-through

This is a project management–driven ops role, not a basic admin position. You should enjoy structure, accountability, and improving how teams operate.

Required: strong written and spoken English; excellent oral communication and comfort on camera; experience with project management, systems, and deadlines; high attention to detail; availability to work at least 3 hours per day, 5 days per week, including weekly meetings during U.S.-based hours.

Important: No weekend work. Applicants currently working full-time (40+ hours/week) are not eligible, as we prioritize health and sustainable work rhythms.
