IT Support Specialist

We’re a US-based technical support company hiring an IT specialist to help customers with computer, network, email, and other technical issues.

Schedule: US business hours (NYC time).
When a customer requests help, you must be ready to respond and join a call within 5 minutes.

What we’re looking for:

- Minimum 2+ years of IT support experience

- Friendly, professional customer service

- Strong troubleshooting skills across common PC/IT issues

We will prioritize people with:

- Excellent English with little to no accent

- Mac OS experience

Availability expectations:

You must be available during US business hours. You can do other things between jobs, but you need to be able to stop what you’re doing and connect with a customer within 3 minutes when help is requested.

Pay:

We have different payment structures available (Salary + commission for jobs). We are willing to be very competitive for the right person, and you have the potential to make $200/day.
