Overview
I’m a wellness professional looking for a reliable, detail-oriented part-time Social Media Manager to support my online presence.
This role is ideal for someone seeking steady, guaranteed part-time work with flexibility. You will be paid for 10 hours every week, even if the workload is occasionally less. If the work ever goes over 10 hours, you will be paid for the additional time.
This position can easily be combined with other part-time jobs and is intended as a long-term role for the right person.
Primary Responsibilities

Social Media Management (Main Focus):
Engage with followers (likes, comments, replies, and DMs as directed)
Schedule posts consistently across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Create simple, clean graphic posts (Canva or similar tools)
Create and maintain a consistent posting schedule/content calendar
Assist with caption formatting and hashtag research
Help grow audience organically through consistent interaction and engagement
Monitor engagement and flag trends, opportunities, or content ideas
SEO Support (Secondary – if same person):
Weekly basic SEO tasks
Blog post optimization (titles, meta descriptions, keywords)
Updating existing website content for SEO improvements
Keyword research for local and service-based searches
Basic understanding of Google Business Profile optimization is a plus
What I’m Looking For
Experience with social media engagement and scheduling
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and/or YouTube growth strategies
Comfortable creating graphics using Canva or similar tools
Strong written English (does not need to be perfect, but clear and professional)
Organized, proactive, and reliable
Some experience with SEO
Able to work independently and follow brand guidelines
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience working with wellness, health, or service-based businesses
Experience with WordPress or Squarespace
Understanding of local SEO
Hours & Pay
Guaranteed 10 paid hours per week
Some weeks may require fewer than 10 hours, but you will still be paid for all 10
