We are seeking two "Rock Star" Project Managers to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met through clear communication and efficient organization.
Duties
- Host Client Meetings: Lead regular video calls via Google Meet to discuss project status and updates.
- Manage Scheduling: Coordinate and book meetings between clients and our internal team.
- Ticket Management: Monitor, organize, and update client requests within our ticketing system.
- Project Oversight: Ensure tasks are moving forward and deadlines are being met.
- Client Support: Act as the main bridge between the client’s vision and our production team.
Skills
- Exceptional Communication: Comfortable and professional on camera with excellent written English.
- Organization: Ability to juggle multiple clients and stay on top of various deadlines.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with Google Meet and experience using project management or ticketing software.
- Reliability: Strong time management skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Problem Solving: A proactive attitude toward resolving client requests efficiently.
