$1000/month Remote Household Moving Sales Consultant (Long Distance/Interstate)

Experience in US long-distance/interstate moving sales is highly preferred. Strong candidates with US phone sales or logistics sales experience will also be considered.

We are Stanford Van Lines, a leading long-distance moving company in the US. We are building our remote sales team and looking for talented professionals in the Philippines who can connect with our American customers, understand their needs, and close deals.

About the Role:
This is a fast-paced, phone-based sales environment focused on CLOSING. You will guide customers through their moving journey, provide accurate estimates, and persuade them to choose our premium service based on value, not just price. We provide the hot leads, training, and scripts—you provide the excellent communication and drive to book moves.

COMPENSATION:
-Hourly Rate: $3 USD/hour during training, moving to $5 USD/hour upon successful completion.
-Performance Bonuses: Earn additional cash bonuses, incentives, and spiffs for exceeding sales targets and quotas. Your total earnings grow with your performance.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
-Handle inbound and outbound calls from qualified leads
-Provide accurate moving estimates using our system
-Maintain organized CRM updates and consistent follow-ups
-Meet or exceed booking and conversion targets

WORK SCHEDULE (Philippine Time):
-This is a full-time, fully remote position.
-Schedule: You must be available to work US Pacific Time (PST) hours, typically corresponding to late night to early morning in the Philippines (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM PHT). 11am to 7pm Central Time
-Days: 5-6 days per week, including weekends (Saturday & Sunday are mandatory). Monday availability is crucial due to high lead volume.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-BOOK MOVES as your primary goal.
-Respond promptly to new, hot leads.
-Make professional outbound calls and follow scripts.
-Use our CRM to track leads, estimates, and bookings.
-Gather inventory details and create accurate moving quotes.
-Provide a superior customer experience and educate clients on our value.
-Overcome objections with proven techniques.
-Conduct diligent follow-ups to secure bookings and prevent cancellations.

REQUIREMENTS (Non-Negotiable):

-Proven experience in US Long Distance or Interstate Moving Sales.
-Excellent American English communication skills (verbal and written), with a clear, neutral accent for customer calls.
-Experience with Moving Industry CRM software (SmartMoving or Granot is a major plus).
-Ability to calculate cubic feet for estimates.
-Strong interpersonal skills to build quick rapport.
-A stable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a professional headset.
-Must be comfortable working the night/early morning schedule (PST hours).
