Lead Generation Specialist 2

Nova Capital Consulting is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist whose sole responsibility is to build clean, targeted prospect lists for our outbound calling efforts.
This role is not cold calling.
This role is not sales.
This role is about precision, research, and list quality. You will work closely with our outbound representative to ensure they always have high-quality leads to contact. Organize leads into clean CSV files. Tag leads by industry and location, maintain accuracy, and avoid duplicates

Prior experience with lead generation or data research (preferred, not required)
Familiar with Facebook, Google, and basic spreadsheets
