Packaging Designer Flybar (US Active Play Brand)

Flybar is a US-based active play company with a strong retail presence across major retailers. We design products for kids, families, and increasingly kidults, focused on movement, outdoor play, and fun that lasts.

We are looking for a packaging designer based in the Philippines to support ongoing and upcoming packaging projects across multiple product lines.

This is a short-term contract role (a few months) with the potential to extend based on performance and fit.
Flybar will cover the cost of Adobe Creative Cloud during the contract period.

What you’ll work on
Designing retail packaging for toys, ride-ons, sports and active play products
Adapting existing brand guidelines across different SKUs and formats
Creating print-ready files for mass retail production
Collaborating with a US-based marketing and product team
Handling revisions efficiently and meeting clear deadlines

What we’re looking for
Strong experience in packaging design for physical consumer products
Solid understanding of retail requirements and print production
Excellent layout, typography, and color skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Comfortable working with feedback and fast iterations
Comfortable working with AI tools to speed up ideation, production, and revisions
Experience with Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop required
Ability to work EST time hours

Nice to have
Experience in toys, kids products, or consumer goods
Understanding of dielines and packaging structures
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
