Graphic Designer + Website Developer

The Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer + Website Developer who can take ownership of creating professional design assets and supporting website updates. Your main objective is to produce polished, on-brand marketing materials and maintain a clean, credible website presence that supports business growth.

This role requires someone who can work independently, follow brand standards/directions, and deliver high-quality work without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design

Create marketing graphics aligned with our brand guidelines
Design one-pagers, brochures, flyers, sales sheets, infographics, and ads
Build presentation decks and branded templates
Create web graphics and promotional banners
Maintain consistent typography, spacing, and color usage
Website Development and Support

Perform website updates and improvements (layout, design, formatting, landing pages)
Ensure the site looks clean and professional across desktop and mobile
Support basic troubleshooting and design fixes
Improve page structure for readability and conversion
Research and Business Understanding

Learn our industries, services, and terminology independently
Research competitors and identify positioning opportunities
Provide recommendations on how to visually differentiate our brand
Requirements

Strong graphic design portfolio (required)
Website development experience (WordPress, Gutenberg, HTML/CSS, or similar platforms)
Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and layout
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Excellent English reading, writing, and communication skills
Ability to ask clear questions and manage your own work output
Ability to multi-task and handle different projects at the same time

Tools and Skills (Preferred)

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Canva (advanced)
Figma (preferred)
WordPress or other CMS experience
HTML/CSS editing (required)
The Hiring Process

Step 1, Application

Step 2, Paid Test Gig
Finalists will be invited to complete a one-time paid test ($50 USD).

Test Task
We will provide brand guidelines and content. You will be required to:

Create 1 marketing flyer or one-pager
Make 1 website page edit or landing page layout improvement
Provide a short explanation of your design choices and structure
Do not apply if you are unwilling to complete a paid test.
