We cater to high-end clients, including luxury hotels, event designers, florists, planners, and private clients with elevated expectations and refined taste.

We’re seeking a creative and confident Sales Consultant to help grow our business, support our clients, and assist the founder with day-to-day operations. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, design-focused company in the event industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication & Sales Support
- Talk with clients via phone or email and understand their unique request
- Prepare detailed customized proposals for events and weddings
- Follow up on leads via phone (no cold calling) and messaging platforms
- Maintain active communication with all potential clients through to closing the sale

Administrative & Project Support
- Prepare invoices and contracts via HoneyBook; manage project details in Trello
- Handle communications with all involved parties and provide necessary information and documentation

Who You Are

If you love creative things, passion about design and beauty as well as love communicating with people - this job is for you!

- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- have experience in events, floristry, decor, or related creative industries
- Strong communicator with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
- Passionate about aesthetics, design, and creating beauty
- Eager to grow within the event and decor industry
