We’re looking for an enthusiastic Appointment Setter who’s high-energy and ready to call inbound leads as well as outbound leads to book appointments for our agency.
You’ll be handling inbound and outbound inquiries, building rapport with potential clients, and scheduling qualified appointments for our consultants. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to people.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from potential clients and answer initial inquiries
- Make outbound calls to qualified leads
- Build rapport, listen actively, and identify client needs
- Schedule appointments and input information into our CRM
- Follow up with leads to maximize the conversion rate from inquiry to appointment
- Maintain an organized call log and provide daily reports
Compensation
- Potential monthly earnings: $500-$900
Requirements
- Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience with GoHighLevel is a must
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable
- Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
