3. Role Summary

We are hiring a Graphic Designer focused on static creatives for Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram).

Your primary focus is simple:
Execute ads visually based on the briefs we provide.

We handle copy, angles, hooks, concepts, and messaging. You bring everything to life through clean, high-performing design.

One day per week, the team will spend a few hours on:

Customer understanding and empathy research
Analyzing what is working in the ad account
Identifying new angles and opportunities
Reviewing winning creatives
Brainstorming new concepts, visual styles, and formats
This ensures alignment, learning, and continuous creative improvement.

You will work primarily in Figma with a structured and easy-to-follow workflow.

4. Responsibilities

Turn briefs (copy, angle, offer, theme) into finished static ad creatives in Figma
Create clean, premium, on-brand layouts optimized for Meta ads
Deliver multiple visual variations when needed
Ensure all creatives follow Nordic Ritual’s visual identity
Prepare and organize Figma files for easy reuse and updates
Collaborate with the marketing team for feedback and improvements
Join weekly creative review and customer insight sessions
Occasionally design related assets (simple banners, email graphics, thumbnails)
5. Qualifications

Must-Haves

Proven experience designing static creatives for Meta ads
Strong skills in Figma (primary tool)
Portfolio showing e-commerce or direct-response ad creatives
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
Ability to execute briefs quickly and accurately
Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines
Comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a team environment
Nice-to-Haves

Experience with TikTok, YouTube, or Google Display creatives
Basic photo editing (skin, product, background cleanup)
Light motion or animation skills (not required)
6. Success Metrics (KPIs)

Turnaround time from brief to final delivery
