Position: Web Designer
Location: Remote
Time: Can work between 8am to 5pm UK time
Rate: $5 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands user experience, and can turn concepts into visually appealing, functional websites. As a Web Designer at Scale Up Outsourcing Ltd., you will be responsible for designing and maintaining websites that align with client goals and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Design visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts.
Create responsive designs optimized for desktop and mobile devices.
Collaborate with the team to understand client requirements and project goals.
Update and maintain existing websites.
Ensure websites are optimized for speed and performance.
Apply basic SEO best practices in design structure.
Meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Web Designer
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or similar.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
Good communication and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
