Executive Assistant (Operations & Technical Support)

We’re looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant who thrives at the intersection of leadership, support, and technology. This role goes beyond traditional admin work. You’ll be a trusted right hand to the executive team while also supporting technical operations, particularly within Shopify and related tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, scheduling, inboxes, and meeting coordination
- Prepare agendas, notes, reports, and follow-ups
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Act as a key point of contact between executives and clients

Technical & Operational Support
- Manage and maintain Shopify backend (products, collections, pages, basic theme edits)
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and contractors as needed
- Troubleshoot basic Shopify issues and platform integrations
- Support workflows, documentation, and process improvements
- Assist with data tracking, reporting, and tool setup

Light Coding & Systems Work (Flexible)
- Make minor HTML/CSS edits (Shopify themes, landing pages, emails, etc.)
- Understand basic JavaScript or Liquid enough to communicate effectively with developers
- Work comfortably with no-code/low-code tools, automations, and integrations

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify (hands-on experience required)
- Light coding experience
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Tech-savvy, curious, and quick to learn new tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Should have a flexible schedule able to accommodate differing time zones

Nice to Have
- Experience in e-commerce, startups, or fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, or similar
- Experience documenting processes or improving operational systems
