Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the travel industry is a must (travel agency, airline, or airport operations).
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of world geography and travel destinations.
- Strong technical and multitasking skills – you’ll be using multiple tools and systems daily.
- Access to a computer or laptop, fast, reliable Wi-Fi, and a working phone for calls.
- Ability to remain productive and responsive in a fast-paced environment – no calls or email left unanswered.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Willingness to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays (varied shifts).
Job Description:
- Respond promptly to all incoming calls, emails, and messages related to pre- and post-service requests.
- Manage new bookings — verify details, confirm service information, and ensure accuracy in data entry.
- Confirm that all required details are collected, verified, and communicated clearly to the client.
- Create and send invoices, track payments, and record transactions in the client database.
- Assist clients with special travel requests or last-minute changes.
- Communicate proactively with the manager on duty about urgent cases, complaints, or additional tasks.
- Ensure all new orders, changes, and cancellations follow company policy and time-frame rules.
- Promote and cross-sell additional services and return-trip assistance when appropriate.
