Appointment Setter

I have inbound leads from social media advertisements, and I need someone to call them and set appointments. These are buyers and sellers who have requested some kind of information pertaining to a home search or info about their home. Additionally, I have a list of off-market home owners that are true cold calls. The goal with those is that I am an investor looking to buy their homes. So there are a few different scripts to follow here, but all are leads on my calendar. As well as I'd like this person to be willing to call FSBO and expired listings.

Looking for someone with excellent English speaking skills and would be great if you have experience successfully cold-calling off-market leads. As I build up my pipeline the amount of hours per week could increase, but is lower to start.
