Email Marketing Specialist (E-commerce)

About the role

We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to own and scale our email marketing channel across multiple e-commerce brands. You will be responsible for creating high-converting campaigns, building smart automation flows, and continuously optimizing performance based on data.

This role is ideal for someone who understands e-commerce psychology, conversion, and how email fits into the full customer journey.

Responsibilities
• Plan, create, and execute email campaigns (promotions, launches, newsletters)
• Build and optimize automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, upsell)
• Write compelling email copy with a strong focus on conversion
• Collaborate with designers on email layouts and visuals
• Segment audiences and personalize messaging based on behavior and data
• A/B test subject lines, content, timing, and offers
• Monitor and report on key metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, revenue)
• Ensure deliverability best practices and list hygiene
• Align email strategy with paid ads, funnels, and overall marketing strategy

Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in email marketing (e-commerce required)
• Proven experience with tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign or similar
• Strong copywriting skills in English
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
• Experience working with multiple brands or stores is a plus
