VA for Lead Sourcing Role at Established Marketing Agency

Hi guys!

I’m Alvie, and I run a social media management agency that’s been growing steadily for nearly five years.

Over the past 6–12 months, we’ve focused on refining our service and delivering strong results for our existing clients (currently around 30–35). Now, we’re ready to grow and bring on new clients through outbound outreach on Instagram and potentially LinkedIn.

To support this, we’re looking for a Virtual Assistant to help manage the initial outreach process - identifying potential clients and sending first messages using scripts we provide.

We've been doing this for 4-5 years, so this is a really long term, stable role with a long term vision in a great team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Find and qualify potential clients on Instagram and LinkedIn
• Send initial outreach messages using our proven scripts
• Keep outreach activity organized and up to date in tracking sheets

(This role focuses only on prospecting and first messages - you won't need to reply to leads, have sales conversations, etc!)
