Job Title
Clinic Outreach Assistant (Healthcare – Non-Sales)

Job Description
We are quietly building a small, thoughtful team to support dental clinics with patient communication.

This role is not sales and not call-center work.

You will have calm, respectful conversations with clinic staff, following a clear script, to help clinics understand how missed calls can create stress and lost patients — and how simple follow-ups can help.

We work gently, ethically, and long-term.

What you’ll do
• Call independent dental clinics during calm business hours
• Follow a clear, respectful script (no improvising, no pressure)
• Ask a few short research questions
• Offer clinics a free, no-risk call monitoring period
• Later, help clinics understand simple follow-up options if they choose
• Log basic notes in our system (we’ll train you)

There is no pushing, no convincing, and no quotas.

What this role is NOT
• No aggressive sales
• No cold selling
• No upselling or pressure
• No call-center style work

Clinics always stay in control. We observe first, explain calmly, and let them d ---------- .

Who we’re looking for

This role is a great fit if you:

• Can listen patiently and explain things simply
• Respect boundaries and follow scripts carefully
• Prefer long-term, stable work over “quick wins”
• Feel good helping people make calm decisions

You do not need healthcare experience.
You do not need sales experience.

Pay & structure
• Base pay: USD $450–500 / month (approx 20 hours/week)
• Paid consistently and on time
• Long-term role for the right person

The base pay is based on a conservative commission-only scenario where you are connected to 2–3 subscribing clinics. You can expect to reach this threshold in 1-2 months. After that, you will most likely support 3-10 (or more) clinics where your total compensation comfortably exceeds the base.

We prefer to explain details after initial conversations, rather than overselling upfront.
