We are hiring an experienced Script Editor to refine, structure, and elevate scripts for multiple YouTube channels with a combined audience of 3+ million subscribers. This role focuses on improving retention, pacing, clarity, and narrative flow while preserving each channel’s voice and brand.

You will collaborate closely with writers, producers, and channel leads to turn strong drafts into high-performing, audience-optimized scripts. Familiarity with YouTube storytelling mechanics and data-informed editing is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen hooks, transitions, and endings to maximize retention
