Hi there! I’m hiring an assistant type role right now for our digital marketing agency.

Be able to create simple graphics for sites

• Extremely reliable
• Positive, no excuse attitude


ABOUT ME (Derek Pierce):
• I have a SEO company and an information training company.
• I have been in business for over 10 years and have hundreds of sites.
• I move very fast & expect the people I work with to be the same way
• I am very loyal to my employees & treat them with respect
• I give bonuses for doing a good job (If I make money you should be rewarded for that)
• I own an American (U.S.) Company located in the state of Alabama.


ABOUT THE POSITION:
-Setting up my domains on my hosting providers
-Install Wordpress on my hosting account.
-Setting up Accounts on Web 2.0 Sites like Youtube, Wordpress, Twitter, etc.
-Create custom graphics / logos and artwork for the sites and post articles we provide you.
-Must have a photo editing program like Adobe Photoshop or an alternative
- Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week


ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• Will pay daily for 1st week, then on a weekly basis after 1st week
• We pay bonuses for great work
• We pay 13th Month Bonus
• We give pay increases based on performance
• Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
• These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
