Microsoft & Google ads manager

I am an affiliate marketer looking for someone to assist me part-time with setting up, creating & managing microsoft & google ads campaigns - Please be sure you understand this & have significant experience & understanding as I do not want to have account suspensions or issues of any sort. The role would start small with one campaign & then provided there is successful results, I would look to scale & create further ad campaigns for multiple further offers.
