Share Wealth Systems creates long-form educational content for traders who want to build disciplined, rules-based processes. Video content is a core part of how we educate and support our community, particularly through YouTube.

About the Role:

We’re hiring a Video Editor who is excellent at execution and interested in growing into a broader YouTube role over time.

You do not need to have YouTube marketing or channel management experience yet.

What matters most is strong video editing fundamentals, and genuine interest in learning how YouTube channels are structured, optimized, and grown.

Early on, this role is execution-focused. Over time, there is a clear opportunity to grow into YouTube SEO and channel management responsibilities with training and guidance.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Phase 1: Video Editing (Primary Focus)
- Editing real backlog videos using Adobe Premiere Pro
- Maintaining consistent quality, pacing, and clarity
- Creating and integrating AI-generated video elements where appropriate (e.g. avatar-led or explainer segments), using tools like HeyGen
- Delivering edits reliably and iterating based on feedback
- Working closely with the marketing and sales team to stay aligned with brand standards and performance goals

Phase 2: Growth Into YouTube Channel Work (Over Time)
- Learning how videos are structured and organized on YouTube
- Supporting playlist creation and basic channel organization

Gradually contributing to:
- titles and descriptions
- basic YouTube SEO fundamentals
- channel consistency and hygiene

You’ll be trained and supported as you grow into this side of the role.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (non-negotiable)
- Solid video editing fundamentals (pacing, structure, storytelling)
- Experience creating or working with AI-generated video content (HeyGen or similar tools)
- Ability to work with pace and meet deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Openness to feedback and willingness to learn new skills

Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Any exposure to YouTube content or channels
- Curiosity about YouTube SEO, playlists, or channel structure
- Interest in long-term ownership beyond editing
