Go High Level and Paid Ads Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to support the growth of KingBodies across marketing, automation, and lead generation.

This role is not entry level. We are looking for someone who has strong, hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL) and understands how to manage and optimise marketing systems inside a growing online business.

Required Experience

The ideal candidate must have:

• Extensive experience using Go High Level (GHL)
• Experience building and managing funnels, automations, workflows, and pipelines
• Strong understanding of lead management and CRM organisation
• Experience managing and optimising paid ads (Meta and ideally Google)
• Ability to test creatives, monitor performance, and interpret ad data
• Confidence checking key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion rates
• Experience reporting performance clearly and making recommendations based on data

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining GHL workflows and automations
• Setting up and optimising funnels and lead capture systems
• Supporting ad campaigns through creative testing and performance tracking
• Monitoring campaign results and identifying opportunities to improve performance
• Working alongside the KingBodies team to improve lead flow and conversions

Ideal Candidate

• Has several years of experience working with GHL in depth
• Understands online coaching or service-based businesses
• Is proactive, organised, and data-driven
• Can work independently and make informed decisions
• Communicates clearly and works well within a fast-moving team
