We are looking for a hands-on Lead Generation Specialist to help build and scale lead flow for a professional services business offering Fractional CFO services and AI-driven financial insights to SME owners.
This is not a social media posting role. You will be responsible for building, running, and improving lead generation funnels end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and optimise lead generation funnels (landing pages, forms, CTAs)
Manage HubSpot forms, contact properties, and basic automations
Support LinkedIn and paid ad lead generation (Meta and Google)
Implement lead magnets and follow-up sequences
Track leads and improve conversion rates
Requirements:
Proven B2B lead generation experience
Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM
Experience with landing pages (WordPress / Elementor a plus)
Comfortable working with professional services (consulting, finance, SaaS, B2B)
Strong written English
Detail-oriented and execution-focused
Nice to Have:
Experience with LinkedIn lead generation
Meta Ads or Google Ads experience
Understanding of funnels for high-ticket services
Hours & Engagement:
Part-time initially (5–10 hours per week initially rising dependent on performance)
