We operate an international e-commerce business based in Japan, selling Japanese bonsai and traditional products to customers worldwide. We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to manage customer support and daily admin tasks.
- Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via Gmail
Handle Shopify order and shipping questions
Track orders and investigate delivery issues
Follow internal support workflows and templates
Use Google Docs/Sheets to record and manage cases
Escalate special cases when required
- Requirements
Strong written English
Experience with customer support (e-commerce preferred)
Comfortable using Shopify, Gmail, and Google Workspace, Chatgpt
Able to follow step-by-step procedures
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Detail-oriented and organized
Reliable internet and computer
