Marketing Assistant

ScaleUp Labz is an Australian based digital marketing agency that helps local service businesses generate more leads using Meta Ads, Google Ads, and GoHighLevel.

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our day to day marketing and operations tasks. This is a long term role suited for someone who is organised, reliable, and interested in learning paid advertising and marketing systems over time.

Training, systems, and clear instructions will be provided.

- Your Responsibilities:

You will assist with a range of marketing and support tasks including:

• Assisting with Meta Ads and Google Ads support tasks
• Uploading ad creatives, copy, and campaign assets
• Basic monitoring of ad performance and budgets
• Updating and maintaining GoHighLevel pipelines and contacts
• Checking that leads are flowing correctly into GoHighLevel
• Assisting with email and SMS sequence updates in GoHighLevel
• Basic reporting and spreadsheet updates
• Organising marketing assets, files, and documents
• Scheduling content and assisting with social media tasks
• Research, data entry, and admin support
• Summarising notes or call recordings
• Supporting preparation for client meetings

Tasks will vary, so flexibility is important.

You should be:

• Organised and detail oriented
• Reliable and consistent
• Comfortable using computers and online tools
• Willing to learn Meta Ads, Google Ads, and GoHighLevel
• Able to follow instructions carefully
• Proactive and willing to ask questions
• Able to communicate clearly in written English

Previous experience with digital marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or GoHighLevel is a bonus, but not required.
