Lead Generation Specialist - Clay & Apollo Expert

Find 5 Southern California cosmetic brand leads with the following criteria:

NOT common/mainstream brands (no Kylie Cosmetics, Honest Company, etc.)
Must have raised VC or Series A funding
Decision makers ONLY: CEO, CMO, Director of Marketing, or Brand Manager
ALL emails must be verified (bounce rate = automatic disqualification)
Provide 3 sponsorship-worthy company recommendations for our event
Explain why each would be a good sponsor match

1. Clay Experience:

How many years of hands-on Clay experience do you have?
What specific Clay features/integrations have you mastered?

2. Credit Management Strategies:

What specific strategies do you use to minimize credit usage in Clay?
How do you optimize waterfall enrichment to reduce costs?

3. Search & Scraping Tools:

What tools do you CURRENTLY have access to for maximizing search results?
List every scraping tool you use for Apollo data extraction
List every scraping tool you use for LinkedIn Groups
Do you have Ocean.io or equivalent tools? (Specify which)

4. Multi-Role Targeting Strategy:

Explain your exact process for finding CEO, CMO, Director of Marketing, AND Brand Manager at the same company
What's your approach when only some roles are publicly listed?

5. Email Verification:

What email verification tools do you use?
What's your acceptable bounce rate threshold?
How do you handle catch-all emails?


ONGOING RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build and maintain Clay tables for targeted lead generation
Scrape and enrich data from Apollo, LinkedIn, and other sources
Identify decision makers across multiple roles (CEO, CMO, Marketing Director, Brand Manager)
Verify ALL emails before delivery (zero tolerance for unverified emails)
Manage credit usage efficiently across all platforms
Provide clean, organized spreadsheets with source attribution


RED FLAGS - DO NOT APPLY IF:

You don't currently have active subscriptions to Apollo, and verification tools-- -reply to the tools you are using. oceans etc.
You have less than 1 year of Clay experience
You can't complete the audition task
You plan to use generic scraping without verification
