Marketing Coordinator

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support the execution and coordination of marketing initiatives across digital channels. This role requires someone who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with a remote team, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and follow-through.

The ideal candidate has strong marketing fundamentals and excellent written and verbal English communication skills, and is comfortable balancing marketing execution with administrative and project coordination responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
Assist with social media and digital advertising (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
Help create, schedule, and track marketing content and email campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
Manage tasks, timelines, and workflows using Asana
Maintain marketing calendars, documentation, and campaign assets
Assist with CRM updates, data entry, and general marketing administration
Work independently while collaborating closely with internal tea ---------- mbers

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (fluency required)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Solid understanding of marketing concepts and terminology
Experience with digital marketing tools and social advertising platforms
Experience using Asana or similar project management tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
Basic copywriting or content creation experience
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager)
Prior experience supporting U.S.-based companies

Work Details
Location: Philippines (Remote)
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time (U.S.)
Schedule: Full-time
