Remote Shopify Website Administrator & Content Assistant

We are an established Australian e-commerce business looking for a reliable, creative, and detail-oriented Full-Time Website Administrator to manage daily Shopify operations, content, customer support, and marketing tools.

This role is ideal for someone who understands women’s beauty, hair, and fashion products and is looking for a long-term, stable remote role.

Responsibilities
• Manage daily Shopify admin tasks (orders, refunds, returns, products)
• Create and post content on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit
• Design content using Canva, AI tools, Photoshop, and video editors
• Respond to customer enquiries via email, live chat, and social media
• Manage email & SMS campaigns (Klaviyo / Shopify Email preferred)
• Work with Shopify apps (reviews, upsells, email/SMS, analytics)
• Assist with basic website updates and app integrations

Requirements
• Proven experience managing Shopify e-commerce stores
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confident with Canva and content creation
• Good written English
• Organised, proactive, and reliable
• Able to work full-time (36 hours/week)

• Beauty, hair, or fashion e-commerce experience
• Klaviyo/Shopify email or email/SMS marketing experience
• Basic Shopify theme or technical knowledge
